All of our items and services are NON-REFUNDABLE.

However, we thoroughly believe in customer satisfaction! If you are not satisfied with your session hours or gift card purchase, let your artist know immediately so arrangements can be made.

Refunds

Gift cards and session hours are non-refundable and at the complete digression of the artist.

RESCHEDULING:

Rescheduling is completely at the digression of the tattoo artist, Jacob Wingrove. If the artist cancels, the appropriate session hours will be fully booked on another day.

If the customers cancels without contact, the artist reserves the right to keep down-payment or any paid hours.

However, we are reasonable. If the customer contacts the artist within reasonable time, the artist can reschedule at his digression.

Gift Cards:

Purchases of gift cards are non-refundable. However, the recipient is completely transferable.

Gift cards are only valid with Tattoos by Jacob Wingrove, not The Tattoo Shop.
